Ep 11 – Thunderbirds

In this F.A.B. festive edition of Operation Anderthon, Jack and Katherine are ready to take on the biggest Anderson series of them all: Thunderbirds. From lemon squeezers, to palm trees, to Katherine’s controversial comments about Thunderbird 2, this week’s podcast has it all!

Ep 10 – The Adventures Of Twizzle

In the grips of despair Katherine decides that the time has come to go right back to the very beginning of Gerry Anderson’s television career and watch The Adventures Of Twizzle. Jack isn’t happy. Katherine doesn’t care.

Ep 9 – Space Police

Get ready for another action-packed episode of Operation Anderthon, during which Katherine complains repeatedly about the length and lack of character development in the Gerry Anderson pilot film, Space Police – the bizarre predecessor of Space Precinct.

Ep 8 – Supercar

This week, Jack and Katherine get straight down to business and watch one of Jack’s childhood favourites – Supercar. Will its early puppetry and special effects charm Katherine, or perhaps put her off Gerry Anderson’s first ever science fiction series? 

Ep 7 – UFO

Katherine has been dreading watching UFO for some reason, but the time has come for her to face her fears and tune in to SHADO’s first battle against the mysterious aliens. Will Jack be able to convince Katherine that the series is a science fiction classic, or will her opinions remain unchanged?

Ep 6 – Lavender Castle

Katherine continues to offer up surprises as this week she chooses to watch the little-known Gerry Anderson series, Lavender Castle. The first episode may be short but sweet, but Jack and Katherine have plenty to chat about with this fantasy series which presents the duo with something quite different to the norm!

Ep 5 – Captain Scarlet And The Mysterons

It’s time for Jack and Katherine to face the wrath of the Mysterons once again! Playing her Thunderbird 1 lifeline, Katherine selects the first episode of the original Captain Scarlet series to sit down and watch. How will it compare to the CGI remake that Jack and Katherine enjoyed a few weeks previously?

Ep 4 – The Secret Service

Katherine plays her first lifeline and, in what could probably be described as the best possible result, the duo sit down to watch the first episode of The Secret Service. It’s a world of espionage, dodgy diplomats, and gobbledygook – so will Katherine enjoy this Supemarionation/live-action hybrid? 

Ep 3 – Torchy The Battery Boy

It had to happen eventually… but did it have to be quite so soon? For reasons best left unexplained Katherine has chosen to watch Torchy The Battery Boy this week. Jack is left bewildered by the selection, considering that two other superior options were also on the table. The pair soldier on regardless with 15 minutes of disturbing viewing. Will Pom-Pom And The Toys push Katherine and Jack to the limit?
